She’s worked in Parkinson’s for over 10 years\, prescribing exercise one to one and through group classes\, and has taught qualified physiotherapists on the subject. A Keele University lecturer since 2020\, she holds an Advanced Physiotherapy master’s focused on foot dystonia in Parkinson’s\, and brings her clinical and research knowledge to Reach Your Peak. \nMaria Lewis\, Specialist Parkinson’s Physiotherapist\nMaria is a specialist physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience working exclusively in Parkinson’s. She’s co-founder of Reach Your Peak and lead author of the CIMSPA-accredited Parkinson’s Pro course\, helping fitness and health professionals use exercise as a real intervention.
